All data you enter into Close Circle is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. This includes:

• Check-in history and reminders

Important: We do not have access to any of this data. It never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

2.2 No Account Required

Close Circle does not require you to create an account. You can use the App without providing us with any personal information.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

• We do not collect your contacts or contact information
• We do not track your location
• We do not collect usage analytics or behavioral data
• We do not collect device identifiers for tracking purposes
• We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers

4. Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, Close Circle will send you local push notifications on your device for:

• Upcoming important dates
• Check-in reminders
• Daily summaries

These notifications are generated locally on your device and do not involve transmitting your data to external servers. You can manage notification preferences in the App or through your device settings.

5. In-App Purchases

Close Circle offers a one-time in-app purchase for Lifetime Premium access. Payment transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.

We may receive basic transaction information from Apple (such as purchase confirmation) but this does not include your payment details.

6. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand:

• Basic app usage statistics (e.g., number of installations, app opens)
• Crash reports to improve app stability

This data is anonymized and does not contain any personal information. We use Apple's built-in analytics framework, which respects user privacy choices set in iOS settings.

7. Website Analytics

Our website (closecircle.eu) uses Vercel Analytics for basic traffic analysis. This service is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personal data. It only collects anonymized page view statistics.

8. Third-Party Services

Close Circle integrates with the following Apple services:

• iCloud (optional): If you enable iCloud backup on your device, your Close Circle data may be included in your device backup, subject to Apple's privacy policy
• App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• Contact Integration: When you use the "call" or "email" features, these actions are handled directly by your device's phone and mail apps

We do not integrate with any third-party tracking, advertising, or social media services.

9. Data Security

Your data security is important to us:

• All data is stored securely on your device using iOS security features
• Data is protected by your device's passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID
• We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date for the latest security features

10. Children's Privacy

Close Circle is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this App or provide any information.

As a European-based service, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Right to Data Portability: Your data remains on your device and can be backed up via iCloud
• Right to Object: You can disable any feature at any time

12. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• Delete individual contacts, dates, or notes within the App
• Delete all data using the "Delete All Data" option in App Settings
• Uninstall the App to remove all data from your device

Since we don't store your data on our servers, there is no data to delete on our end.

13. International Data Transfers

Your data does not leave your device, so there are no international data transfers. The App developer is based in Europe.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
